Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, color, or variant.
  • Requests must be made within 12hrs of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery. For any exchange requests, we require a clear video of the order being unboxed as proof to process the request. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
