Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 12hrs of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Used perfumes, body mists, and any opened beauty products for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at returns@fasfashionbeauty.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
